Frequently Asked Questions

Why is a Condo Doc Review important?

When you are buying a condo you are also buying into a Corporation, imagine investing upwards of $200K into a stock or investment that you know nothing about, it just isn’t savvy. A doc review allows buyers to make an informed decision based on all the information that is available to them.

How long will the review take?

Our goal is to get it back 2 days prior to the removal of conditions, so that if there are things that require thoughtful consideration you have the time to do that.

Will you tell me that I shouldn’t go through with the purchase?

No, my role is to give you all the information so you can make an informed decision for yourself. Everyone’s personal situation, and finances are unique and only you know if the purchase makes sense.

What if I have questions?

We pride ourselves on providing top knotch customer service!  We’re always available to answer questions, even after a review is done.
